Thank you for the trust and confidence that you have placed in Ortho Louisville Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. This letter is to inform you that Shawn Price, MD, is leaving Ortho Louisville effective Friday, March 29, 2024.

As you know, there are many knowledgeable and caring physicians and staff at Ortho Louisville, and you can be certain that we will endeavor to provide the best possible continuity of care. Your electronic medical records will automatically transfer when you choose to remain with one of our Ortho Louisville Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine physicians.

If you choose to move your care to a provider outside of Ortho Louisville, you will need to request a transfer of your records to that new office by calling 502.364.0902.

We recommend that orthopaedic oncology patients choose to continue their care with Dr. Patrick O’Donnell.
